Filibuster was born after the big flood that hit Montpelier in 2023. As the city worked hard to rebuild, we saw an opportunity to bring something special to our community. As a family-owned restaurant, we wanted to create a space where locals and visitors alike could gather over delicious food and drinks. It’s been a labor of love to rebuild this historic Langdon Block building into the restaurant you see today.
